JUDGMENT

[1]Claim 2602849/2020 (which is a duplicate claim) is dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim of wrongful dismissal because it was not reasonably practicable to bring the claim within time and that it was then presented within such period as was reasonable.[3]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the claim of sex discrimination because it would be just and equitable to extend time for service of the claim by one day.[4]The application for leave to amend of 6 and 7 April 2021 is refused.
