JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s unfair dismissal claim is dismissed, as it was presented out of time and the Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable to present it within the time limit.[2]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is dismissed, as it was presented out of time and the Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable to present it within the time limit.[3]The Claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment is dismissed, as it was presented after the expiry of both the primary time limit in section 164(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the secondary time limit in section 164(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, and in any event the Tribunal is not satisfied that it would be just and equitable to extend time.[4]The Claimant’s claim for (unspecified) other payments is dismissed, as it was presented out of time and the Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable to present it within the time limit.
