[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant outstanding holiday pay of £249.48 net.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £249.48 net in respect of an unlawful deduction of wages.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages for breach of contract for failure to give the minimum period of notice as required by section 86 Employment Rights Act 1996 of £178.20 net.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant two weeks pay pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to comply with the requirements of section 1 Employment Rights Act 1996 (statement of initial employment particulars) of £356.40 net.[5]The Claimant shall give credit for £150.00 already paid by the Respondent.
