Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent’s name is amended to Equality Diversity and Care Ltd because that is their correct legal name. The claim has been served at their registered office but they have not presented a response. The Tribunal therefore orders that the respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,110. The claim for further compensation for £1,000 is dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to award it on the basis claimed. All future hearings are cancelled.
