Employment Judge K WelchIn person for claimantDate 6 April 2023

JUDGMENT

The claimant’s application for interim relief is refused.

REASONS

[1]By an order dated 27 February 2023 and sent to the parties on 8 March 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 18 – 20 March 2024 will not take place. 6/4/2023
