JUDGMENT
[1]The claim before the tribunal being one for unpaid wages pursuant to s23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ( the ERA) and the Respondent admitting that the sum claimed is due, the claim succeeds in the sum of £197.59.[2]No order is needed for payment of the same as it has been paid.[3]No award for additional compensation is made as there is no pecuniary loss pursuant to s 24 (4) of the ERA and additionally because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction as to this claim to make an award for injury to feelings.
