The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages in respect of deductions made in March and July 2022 is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £313 (gross). The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages in respect of alleged deductions made in January, February and April 2022 have been presented out of time and are dismissed. The claim for unlawful deduction of wages in June 2022 is not well founded and is dismissed.
