JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £117.46, in respect of the amounts unlawfully deducted.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement in accordance with Reg 14(4) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £440.62.[3]The Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant with written particulars of employment in accordance with s1 Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £766.30 pursuant to s38 Employment Act 2002. Note: This has been a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was V - video. It was not practicable to hold a face to face hearing because of the Covid19 pandemic.
