The Employment Judge gave Judgment as follows; - Miss Ayesha Ramesh[1]The 2nd Respondent has made an unlawful deduction of wages and are ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3680.55 gross.[2]The 2nd Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant her holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1105.77.[3]The 2nd Respondent dismissed the Claimant in breach of contract in respect of notice and is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £384.81. Miss Kirsty Reeves;[1]The 2nd Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of the £3194.44 gross.[2]The 2nd Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1153.37.[3]The 2nd Respondent dismissed the Claimant in breach of contract in respect of notice pay and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £366.85.[4]The 2nd Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £4714.66 gross in total.
