After hearing from the claimant and from the respondent it is ordered that:[1]The claim for unfair dismissal was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable to present it in time. Therefore the Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to hear and determine the complaint and it is dismissed.[2]The claim for discrimination because of race was presented out of time.
