The Employment Tribunal Judge gave judgment as follows:-[1]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of alleged arrears of pay succeeds in part and the Respondents are ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £128.00.[3]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of holiday pay succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £524.80.[4]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay in total to the Claimant the gross sum of £652.80.
