JUDGMENT

After hearing from the parties, the Tribunal orders as follows.[1]The claim for unfair dismissal was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time. Therefore there is no jurisdiction to hear the claim and so it is dismissed.[2]Both the claim for unauthorised deductions from wages and for failure to pay holiday pay were presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claims to have been presented in time. Therefore there is no jurisdiction to hear the claims and so they are dismissed.[3]The claims under the Equality Act 2010 were presented out of time. It is not just an equitable to extend time. Therefore there is no jurisdiction to hear those claims and so they are dismissed.[4]Because all claims have been dismissed, all future hearings are cancelled.
