EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2602607/2021
Mrs K SoodClaimantSM Global Consultancy Ltd TA Staffing MatchRespondent
Employment Judge ButlerDate 26 September 2022

JUDGMENT

The claims in their entirety are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 9 August 2022 the Tribunal ordered the Claimant to confirm whether her named representative was still representing her and if not, details of an alternative representative or otherwise the claimant’s own contact details. The Claimant was given 7 days to respond but did not do so. A further letter was sent on 9 September 2022 warning the claimant that Employment Judge Butler was considering striking out her claim on the grounds that it was not being actively pursued and warned her that if she did not provide a reasonable explanation by 22 September 2022 as to why the claim should not be struck out, it would be struck out with further notice. The Claimant did not reply to the letter of the 9 September 2022.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing or request a hearing, why her claims should not be struck out because they are not been actively pursued.[3]The claims in their entirety are therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 4, 5 and 6 January 2023 will not take place.
