Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £411.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of (£411=4 x 7) £719.25.[3]In the light of the Claimant’s letter of 11 December all other claims are dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]The hearings listed on 14th January 2020 & 11-13 January 2021 are cancelled.
