[1]As the payslips show the Respondent was Jace Joinery Ltd, the Respondent is ordered to be the same.[2]The claim succeeds in the balance sum for non-payment of holiday pay of £161.81. The Respondent is accordingly ordered to pay the Claimant that amount.REASONS

The parties were sent notice of today‘s hearing on 26 March 2019.[2]The Respondent has not attended and has provided no reason as to why not. Absent the proving of the defence as per the Response, the claim is otherwise made out. Accordingly, the claim succeeds.
