JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint that there was an unauthorised deduction from his wages in respect of 10 days annual leave in the sum of £961.54 is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s complaint that there was an unauthorised deduction from his wages in respect of commission payments for March and April 2021 in the sums of £302.49 and £1159.98 respectively is upheld.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £1,462.47 in respect of the sum unlawfully deducted.
