The claimant’s claims are struck out because they are not being actively pursued.REASONS
On 7 February 2020 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant indicating that Employment Judge Adkinson was considering striking out the claimant’s claims because, on considering the file, it seemed that they were not actively being pursued. He allowed the claimant until 14 February 2020 to make representations about the proposal or to request a hearing. As of today’s date, the claimant has done neither. Therefore the Tribunal is satisfied the claims are not actively being pursued and should be struck out.
