The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £500 following a preliminary hearing held on 4 May 2023.[2]The Order was sent to the claimant on 24 May 2023 and payment was due on 21 June 2023.[3]The claimant failed to pay this deposit until 26 June 2023. She did not make an application to have the date varied.[4]The complaints of constructive unfair dismissal and whistleblowing detriments are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[5]The hearings fixed for 8 August 2023 and the 11 - 14 December 2023 will not take place.
