Amy Barton v English Rose Care Ltd and others: 2602422/2019
JUDGMENT
[1]The whole of the claimant’s claim is struck out.[2]Any hearing listed to take place is vacated and will now not take place.[3]The reasons for the strike out are as follows: 3.1. On 26 July 2020, the Tribunal warned the claimant that it seemed she was not actively pursuing her claim and proposed to strike it out. It allowed the claimant until 3 August 2020 to make representations. 3.2. The claimant made no representations. 3.3. The Tribunal is therefore satisfied that the claim is not being actively pursued (Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure rule 37(1)(d));
