[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a basic award for unfair dismissal of £6,350.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a compensatory award for unfair dismissal of £29,700.[4]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 apply to the monetary award in respect of unfair dismissal. The monetary award is £36,050.00 and the prescribed element is £12,019.91. The dates to which the prescribed element are attributable are 9 August 2018 to 10 July 2019. The amount by which the monetary award exceeds the prescribed element is £24,030.09.[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £3655.36 in respect of holiday pay owing to her on the termination of her employment
