Ms T Westerman v Lincolnshire County Council and Sir Francis Hill Community Primary School: 2602374/2019
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By an Order dated 15 January 2020, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it appeared to the Tribunal that:• The claim has no reasonable prospect of success;• the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been unreasonable;• the claimant had not complied with orders of the Tribunal;• the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, as ordered, why this should not be done nor has she requested a hearing.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
