Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Midlands East Employment Tribunals on 27th September 2021. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is Ordered to pay the claimant £550.00 gross in respect of unpaid wages during the period 5th July 2021 to 11th July 2021.[3]The respondent has breached the claimant’s contract of employment and/or made unauthorised deductions from her wages in respect of non-payment of unpaid holiday with regard to worked bank holidays and is Ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,650.00 gross in respect of that complaint.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is Ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,430.00 gross.[5]The hearing listed on 28th January 2022 is cancelled.
