[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and they are Ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £765.00 less any necessary deductions for tax.[2]The Respondent failed to pay to the Claimant his accrued holiday entitlement and they are also Ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £289.74 less any necessary deductions for tax.REASONS
