JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s employment transferred to the second respondent – Mr Lewis Dykes – on or about 19 May 2021 and she remained employed by him until her employment terminated on 26 May 2021.(2) In light of paragraph (1), by consent, all claims against the other two respondents – Cotterells Catering Capers Limited and Merlins Bar’s Limited – are dismissed.(3) Reasons for paragraph (1) were given orally. Written reasons will not be provided unless asked for by a written request presented by any party within 14 days of the sending of the written record of the decision.
