JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal, the Claimant not having the necessary 2 years’ qualifying service and which she has now accepted to be the case.[2]The claim of sex discrimination is dismissed upon withdrawal.[3]The remaining claims for breach of contract (notice pay) and a combination of outstanding wages and possibly holiday pay are permitted to proceed it having not been reasonably practicable for them to have been presented in time and them having been presented within a reasonable period of time thereafter.
