JUDGMENT
[1]The Judgment of the tribunal is that upon application of the parties, the Claimant hereby withdraws her claims of direct sex discrimination contrary to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 against all of the Respondents and the said claim is hereby dismissed. The remaining claims will now continue to final hearing.[2]Upon application by the parties, the Claimant withdraws all of her claims against the Second Respondent in this case (namely, Teledyne E2V) and the Second Respondent is therefore removed from these proceedings.
