JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £942.27.[2]At the date of termination, the respondent was in breach of the claimant’s contract of employment in respect of repayment of expenses and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £276.10.[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed redundancy and is entitled to statutory compensation as follows:-a. A basic award of £12337.50.b. A compensatory award of £18567.93
