[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100.00 following a Preliminary hearing held on 12th December 2019. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 30th December 2019. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of discrimination relying on the protected characteristics of sex and age are therefore struck out under Rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The claim is therefore now at an end and the hearing fixed for 14th, 15th & 16th December 2020 will not take place.
