JUDGMENT
[1]Upon amendment of the name of the second respondent to Skin Medics Herts Ltd trading as Skin Medics UK, all claims against the first respondent are dismissed as there is no such legal entity as Skin Medics UK.[2]The claimant was not an employee of the second respondent, within the meaning of section 230(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The claimant was a worker for the second respondent, within the meaning of section 230(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The claims for unfair dismissal and breach of contract are dismissed on the basis that the claimant was not an employee.
