JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for a payment in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The Claimant’s application to amend her claim is allowed, and the Claimant’s further and better particulars e-mailed to the Tribunal and the Respondent’s solicitors at 21:50 on 9 January 2022 shall stand as particulars of her unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.[3]The Respondent’s application to amend its Grounds of Resistance to withdraw its admission of wrongful dismissal/failure to pay notice pay is allowed, and the amended Grounds of Resistance sent to the Claimant and the Tribunal on 18 November 2021 shall stand as the Respondent’s Grounds of Resistance.[4]Further case management orders are set out in a separate document.
