[1]The respondent company (1) has been dissolved. The claimant failed to attend the final hearing on 3 January 2020 at which she would have had the opportunity to inform the tribunal if she was going to apply to have the company restored to the Register of Companies. The claimant has therefore failed to give an acceptable reason why her claim should not be struck out.[2]The claim is therefore struck out.[3]Mr Ibrahim (2) was not the Claimant’s employer and her claim against him is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. 14.10 Dissolved company - judgment Case No: 2602218/2019 & 2602310/2019
