Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £428.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of (3 x £428) = £1284.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of ( 3.5 x £428) = £1498. For the benefit of the Secretary of State and payment from the Insolvency Fund, s166 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 applies to this specific award.[4]The hearing listed on 02/12/2019 is cancelled.
