Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and was not paid expenses in full in breach of contract and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £5,371.47, made up as follows (all as set out in the claimant’s letter to the tribunal dated 1 June 2018):a. £4,583.33 salary during notice period;b. £687.50 pension contributions during notice period;c. £100.64 unpaid expenses.[2]The hearing listed on 14 June 2018 is cancelled.REASONS
