Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Midlands East Employment Tribunals on 7 December 2021. The respondent is now in administration and the administrators have lifted the moratorium to allow the claim to proceed. It admits the claim in full. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed and is entitled to a basic award of £9,855.04.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant a compensatory award in the amount of £4,700.65.[4]The Respondent must pay the Claimant £500 in respect of the loss of her statutory rights.[5]The respondent must pay interest to the Claimant in the amount of £526.95.
