Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £285.00[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,140.00 net.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,710.00 (£285 x 1.5 x 4 = £1,710). For the benefit of the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and payment from the Insolvency Fund, s166 ERA 1996 applies to this part of this award.[4]The hearing listed on 22nd February 2019 is cancelled.
