JUDGMENT
By a letter from the Claimant’s solicitor’s letter of 15 November 2019, the claimant withdrew all of her claims of discrimination and relating to public interest disclosure. Therefore the Tribunal orders that[1]All of the claimant’s claims for discrimination of whatever kind because of age are dismissed;[2]All of the claimant’s claims for discrimination of whatever kind because of sex are dismissed;[3]All of the claimant’s claims for detriment or dismissal for making a public interest disclosure are dismissed. This does not affect the remaining claims. The Tribunal will issue further orders in relation to those separately.
