JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of indirect race discrimination is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The claim of direct discrimination is dismissed.[3]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed.[4]The deposits paid by the Claimant pursuant to the order of EJ Camp and being as to claims 1 and 2 above are ordered to now be released and thus paid over to the Respondent pursuant to Schedule 1 rule 39 (5) (b) of the Employment Tribunals ( Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regs 2013 .[5]Finally, there having been no other application by the Respondent, no costs are awarded against the Claimant.
