JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and must pay the Claimant in the sum of £8333.33 gross.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent must pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £25,000.00.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to redundancy payment in the sum of £1713.00.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the Claimant the sum of £10384.58.[5]The Respondent has made an authorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of pension contributions and must pay the Claimant a further sum of £293.52 gross.
