[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The claim based upon disability discrimination as per the Equality Act 2020 is dismissed upon withdrawal.[3]All directions and case management of the remaining claim of unlawful deduction from wages are stayed 28 days pending possible settlement, as to which the Claimant will inform the Tribunal whether the claim is as a consequence withdrawn by 28 days from the issuing of this record of today’s hearing.
