JUDGMENT
The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 24 February 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because it• it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim remains listed for a preliminary hearing on 28 March 2024 and a full hearing on 14-16 July 2025.[1]By an order made at a case management preliminary hearing on 6 June 2024 and send to the parties on 18 June 2024 Employment Judge Hutchinson said that he was considering striking out the claim because. it has no reasonable prospect of success. the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by the claimant has been unreasonable. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. .
