JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that he suffered an unauthorised deduction from his wages (in relation to sick pay) fails and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim that he suffered an unauthorised deduction from his wages when he was suspended without pay during the period 27 May 2016 to 26 July 2016 fails and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (11 weeks’ notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages of £106.22, being bank charges incurred as a result of the breach.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £390.00 in respect of the issue and hearing fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.
