JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:-[1]The Claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal for health and safety reasons pursuant to section 100(1)(c) and (d) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal for having made a protected disclosure pursuant to section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[3]The complaint of a detriment by reason of having made a protected disclosure pursuant to section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[4]The complaint of constructive unfair dismissal is dismissed.
