[1]By a letter dated 02 March 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaints relating to pension contributions should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim in relation to pension contributions is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 2 and 3 August 2023 remains listed
