JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the claim of unfair dismissal succeeds.[2]Also by consent the claim of a failure to make reasonable adjustments pursuant to Sections 20 and 21 of The Equality Act 2010 succeeds and it is agreed that the failure to make reasonable adjustments occurred both in January 2017 and at the time of dismissal.[3]Also by consent the claim pursuant to Section 15 of The Equality Act 2010 also succeeds.[4]Also by consent the claim pursuant to Section 13 of The Equality Act 2010 is withdrawn.
