Mr A Kivlenieks v Pit Logistic Ltd: 2601866/2017
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 1 March 2018, posted and emailed to the claimant, the Tribunal warned the claimant that it was considering striking out the claim because it had not been actively pursued. In particular, the claimant had failed to reply to a letter of 16 January 2018, which he was asked to reply to by 23 January 2018. In the letter of 1 March 2018, the claimant was given until 9 March 2018 to respond.[2]The claimant has failed to respond to the letter of 1 March 2018 by 9 March 2018 or at all. The tribunal has, in fact, received no communication from the claimant since he presented his claim form, on 4 November 2017. Attempts have been made to telephone him but neither of the telephone numbers he provided for himself work. He has failed to make any representations on the question of whether his claim should be struck out, and has not asked for that question to be decided at a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 13 April 2018 has been cancelled.
