[1]By a letter dated 16/09/2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 28/06/2019 that stated Case Management Order The Claimant shall by no later than 4 weeks from date of this letter set out in writing to the Respondent what remedy the Tribunal is being asked to award. The Claimant shall include any evidence and documentation supporting what is claimed and how it is calculated. The Claimant shall bring a copy of such evidence and documentation to the Hearing.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
