JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the claim.[2]The name of the Respondent is amended to AV UK Limited.[3]The Employment Judge granted leave to amend the claim so that the Claimant can pursue claims of breach of contract in respect of notice pay and holiday pay.[4]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £6,384.00.[5]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £1,832.00.[6]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,489.60.
