JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of unfair dismissal arising from sections 94 and 98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 fails.[2]The claim of constructive unfair dismissal arising from section 95(1)(c) of the same Act succeeds.[3]Terms of settlement in respect of both the basic and compensatory awards has been agreed in the total sum of £13,316.94.[4]It is ordered pursuant to rule 65 of schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedures) Regulations 2013 that the Respondents pay to the Claimant by not later than 4 pm on 30 May 2019 the sum of £7,316.94 and that they pay the balance to the Claimant (namely £6,000) by not later than 4 pm on 30 June 2019.
