JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s application for interim relief under sections 128 and 129 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is refused.[2]On hearing that application it does not appear to this Tribunal that it is likely that on determining the complaint to which the application relates the Tribunal at a final hearing will find that the reason or principal reason for the claimant’s dismissal by the respondent is a reason specified in section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]There will be a preliminary hearing in private for case management by telephone on 3 November 2022 starting at 10am. 2601824/2022
