A remedy hearing will be listed on a date to be notified Employment Judge Swann _____________________________ Date: 19/3/2018[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,111.11.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Resopndent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £1,883.60.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,403.45.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £602.75.[5]The Respondent has failed to provide to the Claimant a statement of initial terms of particulars of employment and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,922.76.[6]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent and the Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £11,997.50.[7]The Recoupment Regulations apply.
